What age is Zach King appropriate for?
Through 7: Watch with your kid. The illusion clips and comic chases may need explanation as effects and make-believe. Ages 8–10: Watch with your kid, especially the arcade challenge and Nerf-gun segment, so you can discuss rules and copying builds. Ages 11–13: Preview the action-movie video if your kid may imitate fighting or stunt driving; the video presents these as movie work, not ordinary play. Ages 14–17: Preview any video that raises a specific concern for your family, such as stunt imitation or financial advertising.

Could the challenges encourage risky copying?
In I Survived 1 Year in an Arcade!, Zach and friends compete to stay inside Dave & Buster’s, including eating and sleeping there. Ask your kid what makes this a filmed contest and why they should not try to copy the overnight stay.
Watch at 0:01Zach King's VS Dude Perfect: Ultimate Trick Shots mixes a physics demonstration with a large Nerf-gun build using pool noodles and plungers. The build is part of the video’s entertainment; don’t treat it as instructions for a child to construct or fire a device. Review the segment with your kid if they are likely to copy what they see.
Watch at 1:44I Made an Action Movie to help my Friend Propose! shows fighting designed for camera and stunt-driving practice, including learning to skid and turn a car. The film-fight explanation makes clear that the punches are not meant to land, but driving maneuvers are still a poor model for unsupervised imitation. Set a clear boundary: movie stunts belong in trained, controlled productions, not at home or on the road.
Watch at 0:55Watch at 2:40What else should you know before watching?
The proposal video ends with Emil proposing to Jess, who says yes. The emotional focus is their engagement, framed through a fake action-movie trailer made for a theater audience of friends and family.
Watch at 0:28Watch at 10:37The trick-shot competition includes a SoFi sponsorship segment with claims about savings rates and a sign-up offer. You can skip or discuss the promotion with your kid; it is financial advertising, not a betting or casino segment.
