Terms of service

Last updated September 14, 2026

These terms apply when you use parent.report or Nona. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. Questions can be sent to support@parent.report.

Using the service

You must be an adult and authorized to provide any family information you enter. Keep your account secure and provide accurate billing details. Do not misuse the service, interfere with it, bypass access limits, or use it unlawfully. Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

Understanding reports

Nona helps you understand recent videos from creators you choose. Reviews focus on what is said in available videos and may not assess images or on-screen activity. Coverage depends on availability and can be incomplete or delayed. Automated reports can contain mistakes or miss context; check the original video before relying on a finding.

Reports are not age certifications or guarantees that a creator or video is safe. They do not show what your child watched and do not replace your own judgement or supervision. Third-party content belongs to its respective owners; we are not affiliated with the creators or platforms shown.

Subscriptions and cancellation

The price, billing period, trial terms, and applicable taxes are shown before you subscribe. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically and your payment method is charged. A trial converts to a paid subscription as described at checkout unless cancelled before it ends.

You can manage or cancel billing from Settings. The billing page shows when cancellation takes effect. Deleting your account also ends your subscription and access; it does not automatically issue a refund. Contact support about billing errors or refunds. Any rights to refunds or cancellation provided by applicable law still apply.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free reports. Features and supported platforms may change. We may restrict access for misuse, security concerns, or unpaid charges. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes affecting a paid subscription where possible.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without additional warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will give notice of material changes when appropriate. The date above shows the latest version. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
