What age is Andrew Davila appropriate for?

Ages 7 and under: Skip this for young kids because the sample includes uncertainty about food safety, profanity, scary pranks, and alcohol drinking. Ages 8–10: Watch with your kid because the restaurant and theme-park material is mixed with insults, dating talk, extreme food and cold challenges. Ages 11–13: Preview the video first, especially product-testing videos with alcohol games, pranks, and language that may be copied. Ages 14–17: Preview the video first if you want to avoid drinking games, dating and attraction jokes, slurs, and risky challenge behavior.

What risky challenges does Andrew Davila show?

Andrew Davila's color-date challenge includes an ice bath lasting at least five minutes, framed as an extreme test. The segment includes comments about frostbite and brain freeze, plus pressure to stay in the tub. The same video also has them eat exceptionally spicy wings until one participant says they may pass out. Tell your kid not to copy endurance challenges involving extreme cold or heat just because a video presents them as a test of toughness or compatibility.

The Temu food tasting is another poor model for imitation. Andrew and a guest eat products despite being unable to read much of the packaging, wonder if one could be a dog treat, and react strongly to an unpleasant seafood item. A package warning mentioned possible chemical exposure, yet the tasting continues. The video does tell viewers not to buy the oyster-like item, but your kid should understand that unidentified or poorly understood food is not a dare.

What mature material appears in Andrew Davila’s product and date videos?

Andrew Davila's product-testing video includes explicit swearing and a golf drinking game involving six tequila shots. Alcohol is presented as a competitive joke, not a health or safety discussion. It also includes a plan to frighten people coming out of an elevator with a remote-control rat, even while acknowledging that the prank could cause trouble or someone could get hurt.

The four-date video centers on compatibility and attraction. Participants answer questions about making a move when alone, and there is a kissing joke. In the restaurant review, a speaker uses “gay” as an insult during a disagreement about a donut. A theme-park review also contains profanity and a disparaging comment about a Mexican worker. These moments give you specific reasons to preview rather than treating the upbeat review format as automatically kid-focused.

Which Andrew Davila videos are easiest to choose together?

Andrew Davila's restaurant and theme-park reviews are the simpler choices in this sample, but both still contain language to preview. The theme-park video is likewise built around rides, snacks, queues, and ratings at Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Legoland, Six Flags during Fright Fest, and Universal Studios. These are the most straightforward choices in this sample, although the restaurant video has the insult noted above and the park video includes profanity.

For a lower-stakes shared watch, start with the park review’s rides and snack ratings, then pause or switch videos if your kid is bothered by Halloween-themed material or crude jokes. Before any Temu product or food test, remind your kid that reviews can show unsafe choices for entertainment and are not instructions to buy, drink, taste, or prank someone.
